Oman Air To Join The Oneworld Alliance
In further aviation related news, state owned Oman Air will officially join the Oneworld Alliance on June 30. Admission was achieved after completing an almost three-year process of integrating loyalty programmes, IT systems and bookings with partner airlines. Importantly, the alliance will significantly expand existing routes, consequently offering customers broader destination options through their alliance partners. Notably, the airline is planning to increase frequency to London thereby improving connectivity to North and South America by utilising Oneworld partnerships.
