Our market research comprises the familiarization, collection, identification, analysis, assessment or evaluation and interpretation of primary and secondary data through the application of qualitative and quantitative methods.
The activities range from in-depth interviews to client or customer surveys in order to obtain an accurate and reliable picture of the respective market or segment.

Strategy development and implementation

A strategy involves the development and the implementation.
The development of a strategy is structured in the analysis of the internal and external environment and the definition of long-, medium- and short-term objectives from a social, functional and financial or economical point of view (aligned with the vision, mission and values of the organization). It is completed by the realization, evaluation and adaption of the activities as part of the implementation.

An organizational structure is the visualization of a system with rules, roles and responsibilities in line with the values, vision and mission as well as the strategy of an organization.
The formal rules of an organization are aligned with the objectives and are structured horizontally and vertically in consideration of the (operational) policies and procedures. It comprises the task analysis and synthesis from an organizational point of view.

Operational structuring and re-structuring

The policies and procedures are a system of principles with the object and purpose to translate the values, vision and mission as well as strategy into primary, secondary and tertiary (financial and non-financial) activities to reach the objectives and plans of the organization.
We develop the processes of an organization in steps including the identification of challenges, issues, stresses and strains of an organization or in a system, the collection, determination and classification of information in connection with solutions, the development of a concept, the evaluation of a concept in a test or trial and the improvement of a concept.

Business model development and innovation

The business model represents the most fundamental aspects of a business from products and services, value propositions and customers to revenue streams and cost structures. It allows the initiator of a business or project to define the ways of creating, delivering and capturing values.

Business plans, feasibility studies and project reports

A feasibility study or business plan is the description of a business or project in detail. It is a roadmap and reflects the financial and non-financial objectives and plans. It determines the feasibility, viability and/or desirability of a business or project. It is a basis to apply for financing or funding from banks and financial institutions.
We have been part of the preparation and provision of market papers, reports or studies as well as pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies and business plans for plastic factories, pre fabrication factories, pipes plants, agricultural businesses, education institutions, medical centers and others.

Initiation, mediation and representation

It involves the coordination, organization and supervision of processes to ensure the accomplishment of objectives and plans of projects, programs and products of an organization.
