Mwani Qatar received approximately 120,000 tons of bulk cargo in August 2026, a 168% increase compared with July. Meanwhile its three ports, Hamad, Al Ruwais and Doha received about 133 vessels during the month, up 13% from July.

Mwani Qatar three ports handled 49,040 twenty-foot equivalent units, 30,011 tonnes of general cargo and 119,963 tonnes of bulk cargo. Moreover they processed 30 units of roll on/roll off cargo as well as 5,989 heads of livestock. The figures indicate the continuing importance of Hamad, Doha and Al Ruwais ports to Qatar’s supply chain and wider economic activity. During the first half of 2026 Qatar ports handled more than 493,000 TEUs and nearly 273,000 tonnes of general cargo. They also received 866 vessel calls during the January to July 2026 period.
