Saudi Arabia F&B Market Predicted To Hit SAR 219 B

Saudi Arabia’s food and beverage sector is projected to reach SAR 218.6 billion (USD 58.3 billion) by 2033. Statistics from a local dining startup reveal the Kingdom’s restaurant/cafe landscape expanded considerably amid changing consumer habits and tourism growth. The number of premium dining establishments nationwide is estimated at 1,200, while cafés and coffee shops grew to around 12,500. Restaurants/cafes accounted for 29% of all point-of-sale transactions in Q1 2025, equivalent to SAR 99 billion (USD 26.4 billion).

Saudi Arabia’s dining landscape is undergoing significant expansion as Saudi Vision 2030 reshapes the Kingdom’s tourism, hospitality and consumer sectors. The combination of changing domestic dining habits and a young, digitally engaged population is increasing demand across restaurants and cafes.
