Yes, under the current law, foreigners can own 100% of companies in most sectors without requiring a local sponsor.
  • Open Oman Business Platform.
  • Select the legal form of the company.
  • Fill out the Commercial Register's data.
  • Sign the e-documents.
  • Pay the fees.
  • Obtain the certificate of membership from the Chamber of Commerce.

No standalone reservation is needed; the name is selected during the New Commercial Registration process. Existing reservations remain valid for one month. Names must comply with regulations in the National Business Registry.
