Marwa El Baba

Marwa El Baba is a self-motivated, dedicated, and passionate professional with over eight years of experience spanning banking and consulting. She has joined Soutien Group as an associate and has been involved in matters related to organization, administration and compliance as well as advisory and consulting. Marwa maintains an overview of the key developments in the transport sector and the information and communication technology sector in the State of Qatar. She utilizes these insights in a wide range of projects in the region.

Prior to joining the firm, Marwa worked with Morgan International and Bank Misr Liban and made her way from Operations Coordinator to Relationship Officer and Head Teller in Lebanon. Her experience encompasses customer relationship management, operational excellence, and compliance.

Marwa graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Lebanese American University, where she consistently achieved distinction and honor roll placements. She has also completed several professional certifications, including Bloomberg Market Concepts, Basics of Project Management (IBM), and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (Google).
