Naba brings over 7+ years of dynamic post-qualification experience spanning Banking and Recruitment Sales. As the Chief of Staff at Soutien Group, Naba plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, spearheading digital initiatives, and collaborating closely with the Partner to develop and implement organizational strategies. She collaborates seamlessly across all departments to ensure alignment and synergy within the organization.

Before joining Soutien Group, Naba gained extensive experience in credit and risk management, working with prominent Indian and international banks, as well as fintech company. Her expertise includes managing credit risks and fostering strong lender relationships. In her most recent role in recruitment, Naba excelled in front-end client engagement, addressing complex hiring needs, and delivering tailored solutions, which enhanced her ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive business outcomes effectively.

Naba holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.
